By accessing or using Pomonotion at pomonotion.com ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Pomonotion is a productivity application that combines a Pomodoro timer, RPG-style progress tracking, and optional integrations with Google Calendar and Notion. The Service is provided as-is for personal productivity use.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By using it, you represent that you meet this requirement. The Service is not directed at children under 13.
You sign in using Google OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
You agree not to share your account credentials, impersonate others, or use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
The Service optionally connects to Google Calendar and Notion. These integrations are subject to Google's and Notion's own terms of service. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or policies of those third-party services.
You grant Pomonotion permission to read and write calendar events and Notion task data only to the extent necessary to provide the features you use. You can revoke these permissions at any time from Settings.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Pomonotion and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Your data (tasks, notes, RPG progress) remains yours.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that data loss will not occur. Use the export feature to keep your own backups.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pomonotion shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service.
You may stop using the Service at any time. You can delete your account from Settings → Account, which permanently removes all your data from our servers.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service for accounts that violate these Terms, with or without notice.
We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
